Who we are

What we collect and why

When you use the enquiry form, call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you give us: usually your name, phone number, postcode, a description of the job and any photos. We use them only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your details for marketing. Form messages are delivered by email using Resend, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy terms. These providers act as processors and may store data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records for completed jobs are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes (normally 6 years).

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you. The optional Google map in the "Areas covered" section only loads if you click "Show map"; Google may then set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by contacting us using the details above. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
